PC Strand with High Strength for Concrete Structures

PC strand, also called PC steel strand, is twisted by several PC wires. It can be classified into uncoated PC strand, epoxy coated PC strand, galvanized PC strand, etc. PC strand is a high tensile and low relaxation strand which has wide range of uses, such as prefabricated concrete elements, typical post-tensioning projects and off-shore constructions. At the same time, our PC strand is available in several different thicknesses, different structures, different surface treatment and so on. All can be produced according to the customers’ special requirements.

A piece of black epoxy coated PC strand is composed by seven PC wires.
The strand sizes change from 9.3 mm to 21.6 mm and structure of PC strand can be 1 × 2, 1 × 3, 1 × 7, 1 × 19, etc. All can be produced according to your specific requirements.
Nine pieces of black PC strand, three of them are covered by black HDPE.
PC strand features high tensile strength, high corrosion resistance, water resistance, better performance at elevated temperature, etc. And it can be used in concrete structures, road and bridge structures, building structures, etc.

  • Processing: continuous drawing by means of big reduction of area, twist, stabilizing treatment.
  • Standards: GB/T 5224, ASTM A416, BS 5896, JIS G3536, ISO 6934 or the standards agreed by both of the customers and us.
